Food is pretty good. I've been on the search for good Spanish/Dominican food and came across this place and certainly am glad. I will say the pernil was disappointing. It was dry and could have been cooked a little longer. The roast chicken is fantastic. Flavor is spot on. Empanadas are good as well. The beef one was just OK but the chicken one was by far the better of the two. If you're in the area, I recommended you stop by and at least try the roast chicken.

Good Food!! My family and I used to frequent this restaurant when we lived close by. Now whenever we are all in NJ together we try to go to this restaurant at least once during our visit. The food is good old Dominican deliciousness. I love the stew chicken, roast chicken, ribs, chicken and pigeon peas and red beans. All are delicious. My Mom loves the octopus salad. My Dad loved everything and so did my brother and nephew. We'll be back the next time everyone is here in NJ again.

good service, nice and clean little restaurant serving spanish fare. a friend and i shared the chicken and carne frita which came with rice and beans, and also split the yuca frita and platanos. yummmmmmmmmm... i would maybe stay away from the desserts, i had the tres leche cake and my tummy was starting to bother me (the desserts seem to be bought from an outside location anyway). but maybe it just was all that food i ate. anyhoos, if it's yummy, down-home dominican food you seek priced right and hugely portioned, check out this place.
